India needs 40 crore women to participate in the labour force to become a $30 trillion economy by 2047. The current female labour force participation rate will have to be increased from 37% to 70%.

भारत को 2047 तक 30 हजार अरब डॉलर की अर्थव्यवस्था बनने के लिए 40 करोड़ महिलाओं की श्रम बल में भागीदारी की आवश्यकता है। वर्तमान महिला श्रम बल भागीदारी दर को 37% से बढ़ाकर 70% करना होगा।
