From intent to impact. From purpose to progress. Join us to enable lasting change
Spotlight
We work at the grassroots.
We started The/Nudge Institute in 2015 with a simple idea: poverty isn’t permanent.
We began by listening – spending time in the field, understanding people’s lived realities. Those early conversations still shape how we work today: by staying close to the problem and grounding solutions in real-world contexts.
We build for scale.
Over time, our work has grown across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.
As we’ve expanded, we’ve stayed focused on designing for long-term impact, solutions that can adapt, deepen, and grow across diverse regions and realities.
We do it with partners who share the same goal.

Make It Happen
