Neelam Dhawan has been an Independent Director on the Board of ICICI Bank. With nearly four decades of experience in the information technology industry, she has led businesses through growth and transformation at HCL, IBM, Microsoft, and Hewlett Packard. She was Managing Director of Microsoft India and later Hewlett Packard India, before serving as Vice President for Global Industries and Strategic Alliances at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Asia Pacific and Japan. Neelam is an Economics graduate from St. Stephen’s College and holds an MBA from FMS, University of Delhi.
