About Jharkhand Cohort

The Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month initiative designed to accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies within public systems. This program offers a unique platform for collaboration between senior civil servants and experienced corporate executives to co-create and implement large-scale, strategic government programs. The Fellowship is expanding its footprint and launching in Ranchi with its partnership with the Government of Jharkhand collaborating with five departments: Agriculture, Finance, Rural Development, ST, SC, Minority & BC Welfare, and Office of the Chief Secretary.
