It gives me immense pleasure to witness the Indian Administrative Fellowship entering its third cohort. Pioneered in Karnataka, this Fellowship offers a unique opportunity for senior corporate leaders to contribute to large-scale impact in public service while enabling the Government to harness the expertise of private sector talent.

Fellows will work alongside the state government in six key areas—Commerce & Industries, Rural Development, Horticulture, Tourism, Health, and Women and Child Development—to bring innovative solutions that create lasting impact at scale. Honourable Chief Minister Shri Siddaramaiah has shared his support for the fellowship’s role in bringing experienced private sector leaders to help meet Karnataka’s developmental goals.
