Project Potential envisions a movement of self-empowered community leaders and change-makers driving sustainable rural development. They bring this vision to life through various programs across multiple sectors, including eArth Kala Manch (art and theater), eArth Nirmaan (construction and habitat), eArth Paathshala (education and learning), and eArth Swasthya (healthcare and emergency needs).
Khetee promotes agroecological farming through agroforestry, keeping both farmer prosperity and environmental sustainability at the center. They have developed a unique fellowship program for farmers and aspiring farmers to help them build agroecological model farms. Additionally, they organize training programs to enhance farmers’ capacity in regenerative farming.
i-Saksham promotes women’s participation in social and economic life through a 2-year fellowship that trains local young women as ‘Leaders of Change.’ These leaders develop life skills in others and serve as role models.
