Arun Seth is a pioneer of India’s telecom and technology sector, best known for establishing and leading British Telecom’s India operations. As founding Managing Director, he built BT India into a leader in telecom services and IT outsourcing, and contributed to the early growth of companies such as Airtel and Tech Mahindra.

Over a career spanning more than four decades, Seth has played a key role in shaping India’s telecom and IT ecosystem through his work with industry bodies such as NASSCOM and his engagement with policy and regulatory initiatives.

He currently serves as an independent director and advisor to multiple companies and startups, and remains actively involved in mentoring entrepreneurs and supporting innovation-led ecosystems.
